I am working on an original m365 with a battery problem. The battery pack is charged to 40v but the bms won't come on. when I hit the reset button, the blue light turns on for probably about 10-20 seconds, then I get 2 very quick flashes of the red light follow by a slightly longer flash of the red light. Then it shuts off again. Then it won't do anything other than repeat the same process if I hit the reset button again.

This specific series of flashes must be a code. Can anyone tell me what this means?

And what about the BLE and BMS, do I have to consider or adjust anything?
