Hi guys,

I'm experiencing this problem and would really appreciate any help or direction!

The scooter is very weak when going uphill - even with a small slope. It feels lik 1/2 of it's normal speed. However it's going OK downhill and on the straight road / no slope.
When going uphill after a few seconds it turns off. No error codes, nothing even after I turn it on again.

Another symptom is when the scooter is upside-down I stop pressing the speed, and the motor wheel stops kind of abruptly.

So I tried these fixes:

• Reset the BMS by pressing the button.

• Unplugged and plugged back in the controller from the battery.

What else would you check?

The parameters seem to be quite stable. I don't see anything out of the ordinary here.
