No flash is necessary if you just want 25 km/h. All you have to do is download the ScooterHacking Utility app on Android (https://utility.cfw.sh/), connect to the scooter, select "change region" and "global".

Ok, is it the same the other way around? If I want to make a 1S Global to just drive 20 km/h in sport mode, it can be done in that app?
