Xiaomi m365 dosent drive and dont work with Downg app, ble 0.91, drv1.5.4 bms 1.2.6

I cant downgrade using Downg app, but i dont know if its safe scooter hacking utillity app because, i flashed vanilla version and then it got bricked. Before that i still siden Wang to drive it had cfw. I also replaced the controller, Will replacing the Dashboard help?
