M365 pro, new controller

Hello, im very new to scooters and flashing them, and I bought a M365 pro who had some problems and after diagnosis, its the controller, so I boght a new one. But when I connect it battery shows as red and blinking and im stuck in Eco / D mode. Do I need to load in software manually?
I read in some forum it might be programmed for regular M365, so could I somehow connect to the old card and copy its software and later insert it into the new one?

Got it to work yesterday and tried it, but the controller overheated, error 40, I read online that I can bend the mosfet / sensor a bit, but I think I need thermal paste first, completely forgot it
