Direct flash to m365 with ST-link

Hi guys, i want to know if i can flash custom (.bin) files i made with scooterhacking website into my scooter through a ST-LInk programmer connected directly to the m365 controller.
For now i know that i can flash the (rec.bin) file with stlink, but can i change that file with another one that i've made with scooterhacking ?
