Recommended CFW for AWD M365

Hello,
I have AWD M365 (Old generation).
No brake discs.
My friend did moded it along with some custom parameters and reached 35KMH, Pretty good battery life, Brakes are linear.
However, My rear controller burnt, So I needed to replace it, And used CFW-Weak (Old firmware can't be found).
Issues:
1. Battery life is terrible, Even though the final speed + Acc reduced compared to the cfw before.
2.Brakes is way too agressive.
Options to solve:
1. replace front controller firmware + rear controller firmware from someone with the same scooter as mine, So that's why I'm here.
2. Reverse engineering the front-controller firmware and get the parameters my friend has used. Is it possible?
3.Find a way to get CFW-W parameters but with the ability to change the brakes linearity. Scootherhacking tools is not able to load from external firmware like the old tool does.
So what is the best option?
