Optimalizing ex-rental es4

Hello guys,
I am new to this community, but quite recently I started using ES4 for food delivery. I am looking for any advice how to maximalize my range. I just set my custom v-max to 20km/h I rly don't need more. What else would u suggest to increase my range when it comes to winter time?
What custom battery I could add to make it last for longer?
