Magnetic brake locked up after flash.

Hi,
Bout a E45D today and wanted to unrestrict the speedlimit.
Flashed from Windows with Ninebot-Flascher and presets ES4 settings from ScooterHacking.
No problems so far. But first test the magnetic brake in the rear wheel is locked up. Front wheel spins up to 30km/h but rear has full brake on.
Some thoughts on how this can be solved? have not found anyone with the same problem after a few hours on google..
