Hello guys
I found a old ES4
After changing all parts ( Controller and Display) the scoot start but no run
I have 0 error
When i push the break the rear led flash

I had try to change the front wheel by the same model and it’s the same problem
What i need to do ?
I have S/N into motherboard
All parts are new !!!

I had try with motor from Hoverboard and it’s the same problem

The internal battery created problems and I open to create a new battery.
Now the internal battery is without BMS.
I created a new Custom Firmware from https://esx.cfw.sh/classic using the ES4 1.5.1 with the StealthMode activated, just to not check for BMS.
After flashing, with the ESx firmware code: sjvpfguhd2 I have 2 problems:
1.- I canot flash BLE. I canot return to original DRV or BLE.
2.- I dont have speed. I press the acceleraton and nothing. I move manual the scooter and the DashBoard show the speed. NO any allarm or error.
I read here that I must change Serial Number. I changed from the original N2LBH1842C0016 to N2GSD1111C0016 but nothing happend.

Please, say me how you solve the problem, maybe is the same reason in my situation.
