ERROR CODE 10 BIRD

I recently bought a storage unit that had three bird es4 in it . I got to turn them on and it gives me a error 10. It will connect to the different programs but it does not recognize the firmware .I have flashed with stlink but it still gives me the same error message. Am I doing something wrong
