No info/data/respons in any apps

Hi guys
Last summer i flashed my ES2L and also the serial number so it is now a ES2 in the official app. BUT i cannot do anything in any apps (es2.down/xiaoflasher/Ninebot IAP) anymore i can connect but the apps doesnt collect any data/info. so i cannot "check ver" or Change serial no.
Any of you guys who know where i fail?
