NewB hack Segway snsc1.0?

Hey every1 pls know that I'm a complete NewB to converting scooters (1st time) so pls gimme any instructions like a dummy pls lol. Anyways, I have a LYFT version SEGWAY Model: snsc1.0 with external battery (the 1 with the cage round the battery) seen some instructions online but theirs so many different versions of different makes n models for so many diff rental companies I jus dunno. Can some1 pls help me out with instructions on to to "hack"/convert this for personal use PLEASE??? I think I saw somewhere saying theirs a way to do it just by hooking up a cable software or firmware or something? Do I need to remove a gps unit from it? I've included a few pics of it just in case that will help somehow. Thanks so much in advance for the help.
