Cant find version or battery info, it said cancelled due to retry and its on The app es downg. Help please

Hi i bought a es4 ninebot, had 3 owner before me. The last owner did flash it. He sold me The scooter as it is. Meaning The scooter was broken. Somebody had cut The wire from the front weel. And The front weel is the motor. So had to connect all The wire. Now everything on The scooter is working but i can not find and flash it. I can connect it via Bluetooth but on The app es downg The option wich i can connect to has a "?" after some numbers. When i try to check info it says cancelled due to retry same If I try check batteri info. How can i connect it so i can flash it or bin it on The app es downg? Please help
