The problem is that the BMS is discharging by the battery, I can't recharge it so my only option was to bypass the BMS with an external power source of 36v to restore the battery up to around 29V with a cell voltage of 2.9v per cell, even then I couldn't charge nor could I use the battery to my ride my scooter.
The BMS is a pcb-nee1006-m-v0.5
Is there anyone who can help me resolve this?
