the system can not find specified path

the system can not find the file path specified- THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS WHEN I PUT .\bin-x64\openocd.exe -f .\scripts\interface\stlink-v2.cfg -f .\scripts\target\nrf51.cfg. AT THE COMMAND PROMPT the system can not find the file path specified
ANY SUGGESTIONS. THE OpenOCD file is in my documents yet it acts as though no file is there, please see pic
