ES3 “A Phase Sampling”

I recently purchased 3 refurbished es3 scooters from Newegg. One of them was not running right then I started getting an error. On the app it says “A Phase Sampling Check Main Board”. I have taken it apart and the board looks ok. Should I just replace it or should I check something else first? Thanks
