Trouble with ES1 and my own Firmware

Hello everyone
I have loaded my ES1 with my own firmware. Everything worked well, I was able to drive about 25 km / h.
Then I drove down a long slope. The scooter switched off briefly. Then he turned on again, but until then he is now very weak and drives a maximum of 15 km / h
does anyone know the problem?
Reinstalling the firmware is of no use. The app shows max. Speed 15 km/h
