Ninebot external battery problem

Hi!
I have a external battery that dont show in the Segway app and dont get the ususal speed and power of it. I can charge it when it connected to scooter and it sync but nothing more. I have tryed to change firemware on it becuse i can see it in XiaoFlasher but cant do nothing more. Any ideas what i can do?
