problems updating ES4

I tried to update my es4 and when I updated it I said everything was fine! Now when I connect it to the scootert, I connect through the esdonwm but I can't see the battery bar or make the firware just show up like that any help?

I can connect to the scootert but it doesn't show me battery information, and when I try to get vehicle information it doesn't let me!
