What does it look like when it works

Ok where can I find that?

The old OpenOCD/telnet method is now obsolete, I just replaced it with an all-in-one, one-click flasher.
In the first page, I edited the original post.

Hey sorry to hijack the topic but is there a purpose to change the serial after flashing the ESC? Can I just ignore code 35 and continue using the scooter as is. And is having a Window 10 with Bluetooth is a mandatory to run the serial changing app?

You can change the serial number in the fulldump file directly.

Yep, or using any hex editor like HxD.
Serial is located here, address is written at the very right of the screen:

The long string of zeros you see just after is the app's passcode.

Thanks for reply, that’s exactly what I did before reading this. I just search and changed all the serials. How come you guys don’t just release this modified full dump bin file instead other stock serial one. I means there’s going to be a lot of people with same serial but whocares

Do not change the other serial numbers, they are just strings used somewhere else in the firmware
I actually made that fulldump, and manually edited and published it with the default serial number. That way; it will force people to put back their original one.

Thanks for all the help, it worked wonders!

I just have a concern, are you guys able to change the name on the scooter via the Segway-Ninebot app?

I'm trying, it says it's succesful, restarts and still has the default name.
