Hey sorry to hijack the topic but is there a purpose to change the serial after flashing the ESC? Can I just ignore code 35 and continue using the scooter as is. And is having a Window 10 with Bluetooth is a mandatory to run the serial changing app?There's literally a topic about error 10Dashboard gives error 10, doesnt cut scooter off or on

How come you guys don’t just release this modified full dump bin file instead other stock serial one. I actually made that fulldump, and manually edited and published it with the default serial number. That way; it will force people to put back their original one.

I just have a concern, are you guys able to change the name on the scooter via the Segway-Ninebot app?
I'm trying, it says it's succesful, restarts and still has the default name.
