e25 beeping constantly

i purchased an E25 with a bad controller and replaced it. After replacing, i changed the region and after riding for a few minutes and doing a hard brake the scooter goes into limp mode and beeps. I originally thought it was the controller so i got another controller, and again after riding for a few minutes and braking hard, it goes into limp mode again and beep.

there's no error code, i've tried resetting, but the beep doesn't go away.

any thoughts on what the issue may be? I've change the serial back to original and beeping remains.

just for the record, i believe i have resolved the issue.

it seems the aftermarket firmware on the controller was causing the issue. After installing the firmware using the scooter hack app, the beeping has gone away.
