E22 loose steering

i bought a E22D to play with it and the first thing i found is the loose steering , since has not front suspention i though i need to remobe the fork , but it has not castle nut , is just a nornal nut thoug , any aidea how to solve this steering problem , maybe i don t need to dissasemble that much like the es series?
also sice has a latest firmware i cant down grade the firmawre to chenge the serial numbey but i was thinking to replace the board with a es series and dashboard too since i have spare parts for the ES series , somebody try this before? it is possible?

or is possible to removed by st link v2? i been searching on the topics but i cant find anything about the board replacement or loose stering for E22D
