Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h

I got a new ES1 on Monday and I have flashed it around 20 times changing everything I could think of. All the software version numbers for ESC and rolled everything back and it will not go over 16mph/26kmh.
It must be locked at the factory now. My fourth serial number is an"F" by the way and I am in England.
