Spin scooter s-100t convert to personal use

Hi group,
Purchased three new SPIN scooters and battery/charger from auction in Salinas California.
I’ve been able to charge and ride it but not sure how to open the battery deck?
Would also like to eventually hack to go faster.
Eventually going to paint or vinyl wrap.

If anyone has any tips or tricks would appreciate it!

I bought 6 of them and have no batteries. I have 3 T-60s and 3 S-100Ts.

I reached out to Segway commercial to open an account for access to the IOT.
How did you get the batteries? What is the part number on It?
The charger for the S-100T is the SPBC4802A. eDIT - the plug ends do not match the OEM.

A Dealer in Michigan helped me with parts.
