Hello, I have changed the region on my F25E II several times, and now that I want to change it again, it remains stuck on F40 at 20 km. When I try to modify the region, it emits several beeps but nothing happens. I just want to restore it to its original state or set it to F30 at 30 km or 25 if possible.

I haven't been to Germany, and I don't know what's going on. I just can't change the region or go back to the original one. I'm in the EU, so the speed is normally limited to 25 km/h. I am currently in France.
