Today I flashed the cfw provided in the scooterhacking utility app on my Ninebot d38e. Now it no longer sends power to the motor. It seems as if some settings are wrong and now I am looking for the correct ones. I already made a power curve, but the motor keeps making strange sounds and cuts out.
Or maybe, someone has the original firmware on hand, so that I could revert back to stock.
Many thanks for your help
Problem with my Ninebot d38e
Re: Problem with my Ninebot d38e
Hi,
I have similar problem with my D38E, I think I blocked it..
Did you find a resolution to this issue ? I can't find the vanilla firmware for the scooter, and It's impossible to go back to the older one.
Thank you,

Re: Problem with my Ninebot d38e
Do not change the serial number
1. Install on android phone scooter hacking utility app. See if you can upload SHFW without ST-LINK.
2. If this fails, you must use ST-LINK and reflasher, select the F series. Then return to step 1

Hey,Hi Guys,Gold WhatsApp Download
I recently flashed the custom firmware from the scooterhacking utility app onto my Ninebot d38e. Unfortunately, it's not delivering power to the motor now. Seems like the settings need adjusting. I've created a power curve, but the motor's acting weird and cutting out. If anyone has the original firmware or insights to resolve this, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Have you tried with factory default feature?
Re: Problem with my Ninebot d38e
It sounds like the custom firmware might have altered some critical motor settings. If you can’t find the original firmware, I’d recommend checking forums like Reddit or the ScooterHacking community for potential solutions or firmware restores. You might also try adjusting the power curve again or re-flashing with a more stable custom firmware. Hope that helps.Hey,Hi Guys,Gold WhatsApp Download
