G30 Max, BLE Dashboard Firmware Dump --Need help with it

Hi All

i have G30 Max and i need to Dump the BLE firmware

I have 2 dashboard displays
one after trying to update BLE to lower CFW stooped working , i tried to flash it with all available firmwares on site, but it is not working
i am getting error 51 (firmware no compatible ).
the other dashboard display is working fine with no error
-- HOW CAN I CLONE THE FIRMWARE OF THE WORKING BLE (DASHBOARD DISPLAY) TO THE ONE THAT STOPPED WORKING

-- OR HOW CAN I MAKE FULL firmware DUMP OF THE WORKING DISPLAY SO I CAN FLASH IT TO THE OTHER ONE.

i tried this but no luck i used this to make DUMP


bin\openocd.exe -f share\openocd\scripts\interface\stlink-v2.cfg -f share\openocd\scripts\target\nrf51.cfg -c init -c "reset halt" -c "dump_image BLE.bin 0 0x40000" -c reset -c exit


AND this to flash it back


bin\openocd.exe -f share\openocd\scripts\interface\stlink.cfg -f share\openocd\scripts\target\nrf51.cfg -c init -c "reset halt" -c "nrf51 mass_erase" -c "program BLE.bin 0 verify" -c "program UICR 0x10001000 verify" -c reset

Please if anyone can help, i am sure there is something that i am not doing well
maybe there is another way to do it or other command.

i am not an expert i tried what i found on forum.

Make sure the C2 capacitor is removed. Other than that, if the method works for one but not the other, it's likely a hardware issue, possibly the STM chip, I'm sure the cheap Chinese clone dash's use cheap chine clone chips.

the board is original Segway, no clone
the C2 capacitor is removed,
but i am still not able to make a dump
every time i make dump of the firmware, the file size is OK but it is empty (no data in, all FFFFFFFF)
it is acting like it i reading the firmware but when saving it is writing zero data to the saving file.

i am not able to save the original firmware.

still waiting for someone who can help

Exactly. It appears to be reading the firmware, however when saving, it writes 0 data to the saving file. I'm still not sure how to solve it completely.
