today I have update my Ninebot G30D with the Segway App, becouse I have some strange things while flashing.
So now I get BLE 117, DRV 1.7.0. These are the originals and can´t flash with the SH.

When I start the SH I get no infomation that I have to flash to a SHFW. So I strt it in Manuall Mode.

First take from Repro the BLE 117 compt, then flash to BLE 114 or 117. This works fine.
Then flash from repro DRV 173 compat, here I get a failure. I have try it many times, restart the Scooter and my Handy, no success.

I think Segway have a new DRV Version.

So, Segw. hast send Emails about the FW Update. A lot of my Friends has become a notify.

i have the excact same Issue...I also rerstarted the Scooter and my Phone round about 20-times...still this frustrating error...:(

I have the same issue, can’t downgrade anymore.

I unfortunately bought the wrong country version (German) for my area and now I’m stuck at 20kph instead of 25. Looks like I have to wait until some clever person figures out how to flash the FW or remove the restrictions…

MAX G30LD (I would have needed the G30LE version for Europe — our speed limit is set to 25)
DRV: 1.7.0
BLE: 1.1.7 (but that could be downgraded to 1.1.3)
BMS: 1.5.8

Well, once this has been fixed I will never open the official app anymore, I’ve learned my lesson.

If you have 1.7.0 Firmware installed on the scooter then you can only downgrade with ST-LINK v2 PROGRAMER. In no other way for now.

Ok, but that is a little too risky for me, I don’t want to brick my scooter - I’m just counting on a future workaround.

Just update your ScooterHacking utility app (Android). Then you can downgrade ESC/DRV to version 1.6.3.
And you are good to go :-)

With the new Version (2.0.3) it did work !
