Update BLE 5.5.5 to 1.1.4

I have a Ninebot Max and I mistakenly flashed BLE 5.5.5 onto the unit. I would like to go back to one of the mainstream firmware versions like BLE114 but I'm not sure how to do that. Using the ScooterHacking Utility on Android I just get the error that the scooter expects a raw file, but the loaded firmware only contains encoded. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
