German maneuver with 48v

Hello,
I have a 48v internal battery. Is it possible to install a german maneuver with this battery and then get max 20 km/h after restart ?
Is it possible to keep the Eco and St modes while flashing new CFW with 48v or does any non original flash loose Eco and St ?
