Ninebot max huge voltage drop and error 21 while accelerating

hello,
i have a g30 max,
when i accelerate with full throttle error 21 pops up when i release throttle the error dissapears and
my battery percentage drops from take 60-70% to 10-15%.
before i ran a 48V setup with an external 12V battery.
i bypassed my stock battery bms and ran a cfw for 48v.
a while ago ive removed the external battery and flashed a regular 36V cfw.
at first i didnt have any issues.
now since a couple of weeks ive been getting this huge voltage drops.
i tought maybe the 36v cfw was to aggresive and flashed stock firmware but without any result.
the voltage keeps dropping.
did i kill my stock bms? when i read battery stats on ninebot iap everything seems fine.
i still have the series wiring to add the 12v external but with a jumper plug connected.
anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
grtz
