Hey guys, after a couple of days I was finally able to get my Ninebot Max working after being stupid and upgrading the firmware of a former rideshare scooter and bricking it.

I manually used a ST-Link and flashed the Controller, Batter, and Dash which finally got the scooter running again (Lots of guys from the discord have helped me to get to this step -thanks!) - I then loaded both the default 1.2.6 firmware as well as the custom CWF software with the compadability patch, version spoofing, 35a, max speed at all regions, 2kmh start but no matter what firmware i load the scooter is limited to 14mph for some reason. I tried changing the serial numbers and device name too
Here are the versions that are currently showing via Segway App:
Master Control v 5.2.6
BLE v 5.5.5
BMS v 1.3.4
Battery 2 v 1.4.1

Here are the versions that are currently showing via Xiaoflasher (having lots of issues with this app where the versions and numbers aren't loading, requiring multiple restarts):

Any ideas what I could do next to get the real speed of 18.6mph?

After flashing the new firmware without reboot the scooter hits 20mph - after reboot only 14mph - almost as if it doesn’t save anything.

So I’ve tried several this but haven’t had any luck yet. I updated the firmware to 1.4.5 via the Segway app and it’s still running at 14mph - I then flashed it again with custom CFW and it’s still at 14mph. When I got the throttle it briefly goes to 20mph but drops after 1 sec to 14mph. I also managed a couple of time with a combination of hitting the throttle and brake lever to get it to run 19/20mph for about 5 seconds before the cruise control kicks in and drops it back to 14mph. Any ideas?

Finally got it figured out! I had to downgrade the ESC & BLM, then load a custom firmware and fully charge it. Running 21mph now! Thanks all for the help!
