I used to have a m365 and used alot of different firmwares...i just recently got the ninebot max but i cant get it to go over 25 kmh regardless of what settings or different zips i use. On xiaoflasher..i notice the different settings as far as acceleration or the cruise control being longer to lock on but none will go over 25 please help thank you

Nm im an idiot it just wasn't charged enough to get the full speed...what i did was use that program changed the serial first...then used maxed out flash settings ..then changed the region to US...works good awesome scoot
