Just picked up the new Ninebot Max G30LP. Is there support to mod the firmware for this new model yet? Should I just use the Ninebot Max firmware generator?

Master Control: v1.4.5
BLE: v1.1.3
BMS: v1.5.5

My guess it is different enough. The battery only is rated to 25 miles, the firmware numbers are different and the charge port is different. If you can use an ST-LINK and backup the firmware - give it a try.

Any news on a hack for the G30LP? I just picked one up recently. Did you have any success with the hack for the normal max?

I used an old Android phone and the app and was able to flash custom firmware on the g30lp. It worked easily and mods work great.

I recently flashed a G30LP with a custom firmware and it made the sports mode acceleration noticeably slower. I would advise against it.

I also got a G30LP and successfully flashed it.
Only thing is in the Segway app the estimated range with 100% battery is wrongly reported as 65km (G30P) instead of 40km (G30LP).
Any hints on how to fix this? What part needs to be flashed? If I remember correctly, there was a similar issues with Xiaomi scooters firmware.
