Error 39 when charging
Hey guys, I just finished my SNSC 2.3 project. When I charge it after 10 minutes, it starts beeping with error 39. When I connected to PowerNine app, it shows me one temperature sensor is running about 43°C and the other sensor is at 22°C. I replaced the BMS instead of flashing it, When I put the thermal sensors inside the battery, I didn’t pay too much attention and just kinda push them in the area They used to be on the battery. I guess my question ultimately is can I use SHU And turn off that error? When I connect Nine bot flasher, It shows my firmware as version 1.2.7, bms 158 and ble 111. I do not have an android phone, but I will get one if scooter hacking utility will work with this firmware version. Can somebody please let me know thank you

Since you have already replaced the Battery Management System (BMS), double-check the connections and ensure they are properly seated. Faulty connections can lead to temperature sensor errors and other issues.

Firmware and Compatibility: Your current firmware (version 1.2.7), BMS (158), and BLE (111) may be compatible with the Scooter Hacking Utility (SHU). However, it's crucial to check the compatibility of SHU with your specific firmware versions. Since you don't have an Android phone, you will need to get one to use the Scooter Hacking Utility, as SHU is primarily available on Android.Hey guys, I just finished my SNSC 2.3 project. Using SHU to Disable Error 39:
Install Scooter Hacking Utility: Once you have an Android phone, download and install the Scooter Hacking Utility (SHU) from the Google Play Store.
Connect to Your Scooter: Open the app and connect it to your scooter via Bluetooth.
Modify Settings: Navigate to the settings or custom firmware options in SHU. Look for options related to temperature sensors or error codes. You might find an option to disable or ignore specific error codes, including error 39.
Alternative Solutions: If you're unable to resolve the issue through sensor placement and SHU, consider the following:
Reflash the Firmware: Sometimes reflashing the firmware can reset any erroneous settings and clear the error.
Consult Manufacturer or Community: Reach out to the manufacturer or online communities for additional support and insights. Forums and user groups often have valuable information and solutions for common issues.

Using the Scooter Hacking Utility (SHU) might help disable the error. You can consider getting an Android phone to access the Ninebot Flasher,Block Blast which may assist in diagnosing and updating your firmware for better performance.
