Ninebot Max G2

I bought a second hand Max G2 however cannot connect into app.

I can see the vehicle but it keeps saying "Power on vehicle and operate again".

I have tried to reboot settings "Throttle and Brake + Power Button" and resyncing the connection like 4 times and still have same issue. Yes the power cable is plugged in to sync connection via bluetooth.

Question: Does anyone know how to go around this "Power on vehicle and operate again" function?
