Motor not starting after tuning

Hi all, i'm new to this so i might write some silly stuff. I started hacking my Ninebot Max G30 and all works fine for what concerns lights (on/off and blinking behavior with specific frequency), and for what concerns UI with battery percentage, temperatures displayed etc.
The only problem is as soon as i put SHFW the engine stops working. I tried both putting 3 km/h and 0km/h for engine activation but the scooter won't go.
The only thing i could do was to revert DRV back to stock version and all starts working again.
What am i missing?

It looks like you are modifying the firmware (SHFW) of the scooter engine but encountering problems that cause the scooter to stop working or not operate properly. Please check which of the three problems above are encountered with the parts in the scooter.
