Hall/Speed Sensor Damage

Hi all,
I recently reworked my Ninebot Max G30 V1.1 Controller (with the 3 main caps), and I knocked off a couple of smt caps. I replaced them to the best of my ability, but I've found that my speed readout now maxes out at ~64 km/h despite clearly being able to and going much faster. I'm wondering if anyone knows why this might be, if maybe one of the smt components is a filter for the speed sensor, etc. I'm not sure how to diagnose why the speed readout is not working properly without more information.
