Panic mode

I'm not sure it's possible, but since in many countries it is illegal to change the speed settings, or go above a certain speed (like norway has 20km/h +-10%) is it possible to put in like a "panic mode" in case someone wants to check that Your scooter does not exceed the legal speed limit?

Ex. trippel click the butto to set it lower no matter what mode You are in?

This, if possible, would be amazing :)
