Hi all, I have a KCQ scooter, looks like the M365 and I ahve tried all those methods to flash the firmware, but had no luck so far, would anyone know any other methods to increase the speed.

These scooters only look like the originals, they're entirely different on the inside so no methods designed for the originals will work with them.
