Reid has now limited their scooters to 15.5 mph, however previously the US versions where capable of 20mph. So this must be a firmware or speed controller limitation. Would anyone being interested to find a solution where we can take of this 15.5 mph limit?

This scooter is really good and there is a good community that would love this and give them full access to there scooter what they should deserve

I have purchased a reid e4 electric scooter in Victoria and for some reason I have a top speed of 35kph but on the box it clearly states limited to 25kph

I also can not conect to the reid app any help much appreciated

I can't speak to any sort of flashing process that would change the speed limitations, but you can always try the ol shunt mod on the esc to squeeze out some additional torque and speed. Further info on this can be found on Youtube.
