Help me identify a mystery e-moped

I came across this second-hand e-moped and was wondering if someone here could help me identify the mystery machine.

It's CHEAP, because the battery is broken or missing and there is also no key. The battery compartment is under the seat, but can't be accessed without the missing key, unless tools and brute force are applied.

There's no clear markings of make or model and identifying them would help to decide if this is a workable project or a complete waste of time and money.
