Okai es400 change IoT to teltonika tst100

Hi,
I have Okai es400b but someone damege its IoT that it exist infront of the scooter, i need to change it to teltonika tst100 since i cannot bring their inhouse IoT, can anyone help me how to connect and to program it with the controller?
