Can you help to change okai es400b from there IoT to teltonika tst100? Someone damage the IoT and i want to replace ot to teltonika which is different connector and need programing with the controller

I have Okai es400b but someone damege its IoT that it exist infront of the scooter, i need to change it to teltonika tst100 since i cannot bring their inhouse IoT, can anyone help me how to connect and to program it with the controller?
