Nobody? Do I still have to change the serial number, or is that all in the past?

Hello. I have been reading this forum and comments on youtube videos, and I get mixed information about the G30s max possible speed with out new hardware. I just got the G30 in Sweden, limited to 25 km/h. I did the hack yesterday with a android. I get mine to hit 28 km/h when spinning the wheel free...
