Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable
I cannot power on the controller using method 4. I also tried method 3 and could not get the usb to communicate. I have done this prior on another Max w/ success, however that Max was able to turn on before flashing via IAP. It was on and beeping w/ an error code prior, but since it was on, there wa...

Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable
Foxmaster, I tried method 4 for a spin Ninebot max that I obtained from the junkyard. I followed your exact pin out: pin1=5v, pin2=ground, pin6=rx, pin7=tx. The esc did not power up so I, did as you said, by plugging back in the bms port with pin1=5v pin disconnected. Nothing happened. Could it be t...

Re: MAX/SNSC 2.0 BLE to ESC Wiring Diagram (Retail / Rental)
Hey man, I am trying to connect a Spin Max via IAP using your method. The chart is a little bit confusing. Instructions on the IAP guide by foxmaster say to connect Pin1=5v, Pin2=Ground, Pin6=RX and Pin7=TX. Can you tell me which colors according to your chart i should connect to for RX, TX, 5V and ...

Re: (TUT)(Updated) Unlocking the Ninebot E22E/D and E25E/D to 28 km/h
Whats the difference when inputting N2GZ vs what everyone has been using and known to work well with N2GT? This is what we have been using for a while on the ninebot ES4 and Max.

Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable
F0xMaster, Thank you for all your help. I was able to connect the bms port to a spin Max via this wiring; Red = GND, White = RX, Yellow = TX. Only the firmware for the BMS showed up as BMS134, DRV and BLE was not able to be read. I wanted to see if I would be able to flash anything and was able to ...

Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable
Any idea if this would work on the Max? It should work if you have a rental Max or if you use the intermal BMS connector. Please note that some rental companies lock IAP mode. I also don't have a rental max on hand for testing, but other users reported success. F0xMaster, Thank you for all your hel...

Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable
Any idea if this would work on the Max? Trying to figure it out, and don't exactly want to solder anything, and my soldering skills are super bad. I did find a not so guide but it definitely did not work. The wiring goes from the bms port Red = GND, White = RX, Yellow = TX I can confirm that this w...

Re: Charging batteries outside the scooter?
Hey man, I figured it out and was able to use the external battery on my electric skateboard and charge it separately. You have to downgrade the bms to BMS122. It seems to have less restrictions. Use Ninebot Flasher in Windows 10 to change the external BMS. (Has to be on scooter to change FW)
